Mrs. Bowman-Williams earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of Strayer University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years and has worked in both Human Services and Healthcare settings which included acute care hospitals, Supply Chain Distribution Centers and Patient Account Service Centers. Her expertise is in strategic planning, marketing, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation and pay practices, payroll administration, worker’s compensation and employee engagement. Mrs. Bowman-Williams’ passion is working for organizations that directly impact the clients served. She feels there is a great sense of purpose in supporting staff that provide such meaningful contributions to the community.
