Position Summary:
Our Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position provides oversight to 3-4 Behavior Counselors (RBTs) who work directly with our families. This management level position develops and modifies treatment plans ensuring those plans follow principles of ABA and are appropriate for the developmental level of the client. BCBA’s also provide clinical supervision and oversight of their team including monitoring the implementation of the treatment plan.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and holds Virginia license as a Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Experience working with pervasive developmental disorders/Autism Spectrum Disorder is required
- Experience with clinical supervision preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance
- Successful completion of pre-employment background investigations, including State and FBI criminal background checks and Child Protective Services criminal background check.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
