Behavior Analyst Team Leads
Richmond and Harrisonburg locations
Our Team Lead position provides oversight to 4-5 Behavior Counselors (RBTs) who work directly with our families. This management position develops and modifies treatment plans ensuring those plans follow principles of ABA and are appropriate for the developmental level of the client. Team Leads also provide clinical supervision and oversight of their team including monitoring the implementation of the treatment plan.
Ideal candidates should be a BCBA/Licensed Behavior Analyst. Strong analytical and writing skills, training and experience in ABA teaching techniques, and experience working with pervasive developmental disorders/Autism Spectrum Disorder are required. A valid driver’s license in good standing is needed and all selected candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background screening.
