About Nikki Shriver, BCBA, LBA

Ms. Shriver is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed with the Board of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Ms. Shriver has worked with individuals across the lifespan and with various developmental and intellectual disabilities in homes, schools, and outpatient settings. She has expertise in parent training and staff supervision. Ms. Shriver has led caregiver training classes with a behavioral focus to those looking to become Foster/Adoptive parents, as well as those who were mandated to participate in parent training classes as part of a state case plan. She has experience training teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers. She has been a teaching partner with Mary Baldwin College since January 2014, where she has had the opportunity to teach applied courses from the BACB course sequence. Ms. Shriver is a member of ABAI, VABA, and TABA. She joined Spectrum Transformation Group in February 2015 and is a Behavior Analyst at the Harrisonburg, VA location.
