Congratulations to our new BCBAs!!!

Oct 26, 2015

Congratulations to both Sam Jordan and Frank Wilkins who recently passed the BACB exam to become certified as Behavior Analyst!  The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals who are certified at the BCBA level are practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services.  In addition, BCBAs supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

Sam has been an employee of Spectrum Transformation Group since June 15, 2015. Sam completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Southern Illinois University.  Prior to passing his boards, Sam held the role of BCaBA in our Richmond Office supervising a team of 4 Behavior Counselors.

Frank is a graduate of George Mason University where he received his Master’s Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.  Frank has over 8 years of experience in the Human Services field and has been a member of the Spectrum team as a Behavior Counselor for almost 3 years.  On October 19th, Frank was promoted to the role of Behavior Analyst.

Spectrum Transformation Group is fortunate to have staff who demonstrate the desire for professional growth and development.  As we continue to grow and expand our services, the knowledge and skill set of our staff will continue to positively impact the children, adolescents and adults for whom we serve. Again, we are so proud of the accomplishments made by Sam and Frank!
