Behavior Analyst Team LeadsOur Team Lead position provides oversight to 4-5 Behavior Counselors (RBTs) who work directly with our families. This management position develops and modifies treatment plans ensuring those plans follow principles of ABA and are appropriate for the developmental level of the client. Team Leads also provide clinical supervision and oversight of their team including monitoring the implementation of the treatment plan.
